Companies & event teams

Give your ideas
a stronger voice.

For the presentation, pitch or conversation that needs to land. Turn expertise into a message people can understand, remember and respond to.

Is this the right fit?

Name the communication challenge first.

  • Your team knows the subject but needs to explain it with more clarity.
  • Leaders or specialists are preparing for an important presentation, pitch or Q&A.
  • Your event needs a communication-focused talk with a practical idea people can take away.

Ways to work together

Choose a direction.
Shape the details with Kai.

01

A keynote shaped for your event

Discuss the audience, event purpose and message. Possible themes include clear thinking, purposeful practice and connecting with a room; the final topic and format are agreed with Kai.

02

A practical team workshop

Work on real communication tasks: structure, storytelling, presentation delivery or responding to questions. Discuss half-day, full-day or multi-session options.

03

Presentation & executive coaching

Prepare for an important speaking moment with focused work on message, structure, delivery and rehearsal. Share the brief and deadline without confidential material in the first inquiry.

Scope, delivery, fees and availability are confirmed in conversation.

What the practice develops

Progress you can
put into practice.

  1. 01

    A sharper central message

Decide what the audience needs, remove competing points and build a useful through-line.

  2. 02

    A presentation that works aloud

Test the story, evidence and transitions in rehearsal. Use delivery choices to strengthen meaning.

  3. 03

    A practical next rehearsal

Leave the discussion with clear priorities to practice. Agree any materials, feedback or follow-up as part of the scope.

A coaching move you can try

Give the listener
a decision.

A recommendation can be clear while the next step is still missing. Read this update to a project partner. What are you asking them to do?

Fictional practice example. The timings and scenario are invented for this exercise.

Initial attempt

I suggest a 15-minute weekly project check-in. It would give us a regular place to discuss questions.

That is what I wanted to share.

Pause here. What could the partner say or do next? Try your own closing sentence before opening the revision.

Change only the ending

I suggest a 15-minute weekly project check-in. It would give us a regular place to discuss questions.

Would you join a two-week trial and then help us decide whether to continue?

The opening stays the same. The new ending gives this project partner a specific invitation and a decision to revisit.

Check what came through

Ask the listener: “What was the recommendation, and what action or decision was requested?” If either is unclear, revise that part and try again.

Try it with a safe scenario of your own. Adapt the request to your listener; use only facts you can support.

Before you decide

A few useful answers.

How is a keynote different from a workshop?

A keynote centers on a message for a larger audience. A workshop makes room for participants to apply, rehearse and discuss. Your event goals determine which format to explore.

Can we use our own presentations?

Discuss how real work can support practice, and agree confidentiality and material-sharing arrangements before sending internal documents. General context is enough for the first conversation.

Do you offer online and in-person delivery?

Kai is based in Shanghai and works online. Discuss in-person location, travel, online or hybrid requirements and availability directly.

How do we book and get a quote?

Share the audience, goal, date range, format and approximate group size. Kai will discuss fit, scope, fees and availability. An inquiry or a schedule view does not confirm a booking.

Talk through the fit

Bring the goal.
We’ll start there.

Share your organization type, audience, communication challenge, approximate participant count, date range and format. A short brief is enough to start.
